Crossroads of Chaos Sneak Preview Weekend

November 1-2, 2008

A Sneak Preview event is your chance to play with brand new cards before they become available in stores! At a typical Sneak Preview event, there are over one hundred duelists (sometimes as many as five hundred!) playing, trading cards, and participating in tournaments.

Parents: This is a perfect Yu-Gi-Oh! event to fit into your schedule. Players can spend an entire day - or just play for half an hour! Best of all, there is no set start time! Come anytime during our open hours to play.

OPEN DUELING

Sneak Previews follow the Open Dueling format. It is a fast, fun, and very casual way to meet and play against other Yu-Gi-Oh! fans. For a $20 entry fee you will receive the following:

* Five booster packs of a yet-unreleased expansion set.

* A special promotional card (while supplies last)

* Duelist Scorecard

Open your five packs and build a 20-card deck using just those cards. You can then play against anyone else in the room. Have them sign your Scorecard and you sign theirs. When you have dueled against five opponents (win or lose!) you will earn an additional booster pack as a prize!

It should take only half an hour to complete the five duels, but you are also welcome to play longer. You do not have to bring your own deck to participate in the Sneak Preview event.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT & SCHEDULE

For those of you interested in a more competitive play (and greater prizes!) there will be one sealed pack tournament and one constructed tournament held EACH DAY of the Sneak Preview.

Sealed Pack Tournament - 10am - $25 entry fee - Receive 5 booster packs of the new set and build a 20-card deck. Compete in swiss-style tournament format. Prize pool (awarded to top finishers) will consist of two booster packs per player, as well as Tournament Packs. Exact prize distribution will vary based on attendance and will be announced on site.

Constructed Tournament - 12pm (3pm in Brooklyn) - $7 entry fee - Advanced Format - Prize pool will consist of 1 booster pack per each player entered, awarded to top finishers. YOU MAY USE THE NEW CARDS IN THIS TOURNAMENT!

SNEAK PREVIEW LOCATIONS

All locations will run the event on both Saturday and Sunday except Long Island, which will be Saturday only

DEALER TABLES

Dealers will be on site to sell Yu-Gi-Oh packs, individual cards and supplies (sleeves, deck boxes, etc.) ONLY authorized dealers may sell at our events. Anyone else selling cards will be asked to leave, with no exceptions. If you are interested in becoming an authorized dealer at one of our events, please contact us.
